New Student Info

Your 1st Visit will introduce you to Pilates and our Studio. We will go over the fundamentals of Pilates, review your health history and introduce you to your options on duo classes, semi private duo sessions or private sessions depending on what your seeking, comfort level and your skill level. Please arrive 5 minutes early and bring socks to wear and a water bottle if you like.

Clients are requested to wear clothing that is free from any zips (e.g. cycling tops/shorts that have zips at the back), as these can tear the leather on our equipment. Fitted bottoms for men and women are the most appropriate clothing for Pilates, consider modesty please

We have a SOCK-ON policy here @Pilates. If you are taking a private session or a Jump-board class, please wear clean, well-fitting socks.

Our Forms

For your convenience and to save time we have provided our forms for you to print. Please fill these out and bring them with you to your session. This will help us get to know your goals and specific needs! We can also provide these forms at the studio.
